Every TRIA Beauty purchase is risk-free. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your product, we’ll send you a full refund. You have 90 days to return our Hair Removal Laser and 60 days to return our Skin Perfecting Blue Light and all other complexion-enhancing products.

*This Money Back Guarantee was updated and is active for all purchases made after 3/30/11. Purchases made prior to this date are applicable under the previous 30-day MBG.

To receive your refund, contact TRIA Beauty Customer Care at 1-877-321-TRIA (8742). We will e-mail you a printable return slip with confirmation number to include with your return shipment, along with the address for returning the product. Please be sure to wrap the product securely prior to mailing. Return Authorization is required for refund. Returns without an authorization will be returned to sender.

To be eligible to receive a refund, returns must be post-marked within 14 days from your initial contact with Customer Care.

We will inspect your return and issue you a full refund of the original purchase price for the returned product, less the amount of any damaged or missing items and the original shipping costs.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10-14 business days from receipt of your package for processing of your refund.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Silk’n SensEpil & BellaLIte 60 Day Money Back Guarantee
Silk’n provides our customers with a “60 day money back guarantee” for a Silk’n SensEpil and BellaLite device purchased on-line at www.Silkn.com or by any other method from HomeSkinovations Inc. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and we will refund your money (less shipping and handling).In order to receive the full refund, you must within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase return your product and provide proof of the purchase by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of the device. This guarantee expires sixty (60) days from the date you purchased your SensEpil or BellaLite.

If you purchased from anywhere other than Home Skinovations Inc. you must contact them for their return policy.

To ensure that the device arrives safely and undamaged, please pack it in the original packaging and remember to include all accessories or parts and pieces in order to receive the full refund. It is suggested that you insure your shipment because damage during shipment to the retailer or to Home Skinovations is not covered by this guarantee. You may also want to ship the product using a tracking method so that you can ensure that we receive the device.

Refused Orders
Should you refuse to accept delivery of your Silk’n at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Home Skinovations plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.

Cancellations
Our procedure is to process orders on the day the order is placed, in order to get customers their order as soon as possible. Should you decide to cancel your order, you must do so immediately. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee that we can cancel an order once it is placed. To do this you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-DO-SILKN (367-4556).

Please do NOT email cancellation requests. You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred if your order ships as well as a 20% cancellation fee.

Return Procedure
If you purchased your Silk’n from Home Skinovations Inc. and you would like to return it, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-DO-SILKN (367-4556) for your RA number. If you purchased your Silk’n from anywhere other than Home Skinovations Inc. you must contact them for their return policy. Home Skinovations Inc. cannot accept returns of products purchased elsewhere.
Your returned product must have a Home Skinovations Inc. Return Authorization Number. A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Return must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged.
In order to avoid damage in shipment, please make sure that the product is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best).
To receive a full credit, please clean your product before returning it to Home Skinovations Inc. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of Home Skinovations Inc.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.

Third-Party Purchases
If you have purchased your Silk’n through a source other than Home Skinovations Inc., you must coordinate the return with that source and according to their product return policy. Some distributors have their own return policy. Please make sure to review the source’s return policy before making your purchase decision.

Replacement Cartridges
Replacement cartridges cannot be returned as they are considered disposable.
