Revitol Hair Removal Cream Review

General Revitol Hair Removal Cream Overview
Unwanted body hair is a fact of life for most of us and trying to get rid of it can leave us frustrated or even in pain! Many products do not live up to the hype and some may even be dangerous. Revitol is a respected company with a proven track record of safe, effective products. The company has entered the growing home hair removal field with another one of its unique creams with a very specific purpose. This one is designed to get rid of body hair once and for all, wherever it is, providing a pain-free alternative to laser hair removal and electrolysis.
The goal stated by Revitol is to offer you a completely successful way to remove unwanted hair with a simple cream that leaves your skin smooth and hairless with just one application. That is quite a claim! Let’s look deeper into this product to see if those significant claims can be substantiated.

Revitol Employs Proven and Safe Hair Removal Ingredients
The ingredient used in Revitol are the following: Water, Calcium Hydroxide, Thioglycolic Acid, 80%, Calcium Thioglycolate, Mineral Oil, Glycerin, Petrolatum, Cetyl Alcohol, Peg-75 Lanolin, Stearyl Alcohol, Steareth-20, Aloe Vera Extract. It is the elements that contain Thioglycolic Acid that safely weaken and remove hair. This product does not have to be tested by the FDA like home laser products including the Tria Laser Hair Removal System and the Silk’n SensEpil that uses Home Light Pulse therapy. Be sure to see our reviews on those innovative products. Revitol has, however been extensively tested by dermatologists and it is determined to be safe with minimal precautions. Basically, like any skin product, if it causes irritation you should suspend use, but allergic reaction occurs in a very small percentage of customers.
Many of other ingredients in Revitol Hair Removal Cream nourish the skin with moisturizers and prevent skin irritation from the Thioglycolic, a somewhat harsh chemical when applied straight to the skin. Revitol recommends testing a patch of your skin for 12-15 minutes to see if irritation occurs. For most customers it can be used on legs, chest, back, shoulders, bikini lines, face and armpits.

Apply, Wait and Remove the Cream and the Hair with It
The directions for use are simple and straightforward. Once you have determined the cream will not irritate your skin apply it to an area of your body where you want to remove hair, such as one leg. Cover the area and wait 12-15 minutes and then wipe off the cream with a towel. The hair should wipe right off with the cream. For stubborn areas of hair a second application no sooner than 24 hours later will usually do the job. On sensitive areas you may want to remove the cream after only 7-10 minutes and repeat the process several times, with 24 hours in between, to clear the hair.

Revitol Is Temporary at First but May Prove Permanent
This wonderful product works on, or just below, the surface of your skin and only affects the hair follicle with repeated use. Therefore, hair will grow back just as it does when you shave it off. The value of using Revitol over shaving or waxing is that it eliminates the red bumps and burn that come from shaving.
Many customers of Revitol Hair Removal Cream do report that with ongoing use of the cream the hair that does grow back is finer and can be removed more easily, even plucked without pain. And in many users the hair follicle is affected enough so that it stops growing altogether, producing permanent hair removal.

Easier than Laser Treatment and Less Expensive
Many people who want to find the solution to unwanted hair are reluctant to seek treatment with professional laser of electrolysis treatment. They find it quite painful at worst and very uncomfortable at best. Concerns about sanitation are always a part of being treated in a clinic, too. In addition, those professional treatments are very expensive and if they are not done with the utmost care they can be an ineffective waste of money.

Results Depend on Hair Type
If you have very fine hair then you will see good results from using Revitol with just one or two applications. Those with very coarse hair should see results within one month. If you are in between, then your results will vary accordingly. Revitol is straightforward about these claims and many customers appreciate the honest approach to making claims. The Revitol Company values their customers approval and wants to protect its own reputation so refuses to make claims that will not be substantiated.

Your Privacy is Protected
Your neighbors will never see you walking into a laser hair removal clinic or see you purchasing products in your local store when you order Revitol with us. All orders are shipped via UPS and the packaging is discreet, nowhere saying it is from Revitol or mentioning hair removal.

An All Natural Product
Revitol is a proud member of the Natural Products Association and this cream is made from 100% natural ingredients. Their stated mission is to “To deliver the highest quality health and beauty products with the best value to our customers.” They strive to live up to that mission with the Revitol Hair Removal Cream and all of their products.

Choose the Ease of Revitol
This product offers a very easy way to remove hair. Many customers would rather continue use with Revitol then have to put up with the pain and hassles caused by shaving, waxing and pursuing expensive professional services.

Revitol worked for me after the second use, so I was glad for that after being a bit disappointed the first time around. I left it on for a bit longer and most of the hair was gone. It didn’t leave an irritating rash, either. This product is definitely worth the expense and is so much easier than waxing or laser. I recommend it.

I purchased Revitol as a present for my wife – and me, too—to remove hair from down there. Nair and stuff like that has always burned and she hates using them on her sensitive areas. Just like the promises, Revitol did not burn when we used it as directed. Using it is painless and it works great. She’s happy, I’m happy. You’ll be happy, too!

I’ve got really sensitive skin so I’ve never tried Nair. I’ve always heard that it is really harsh. But since I’m sick of shaving and don’t dare go to a dirty laser treatment clinic I thought I had better give Revitol a try or just get comfortable with being hairy. I ordered Revitol and am very happy with the product.

The cream is pretty expensive, but it did get rid of all the hair. And it was a totally pain-free experience for me. So I really can’t complain. I’ll probably use I get sick of shaving and waxing! Here’s how I used it and I suggest you do the same.

First, shave the area you plan to treat and wait until the hair grows back in to about .25 inches. Secondly, exfoliate the skin to get rid of dead skin which may slightly hinder its performance. The next step is to put on a substantial layer of cream without rubbing it in. They say rubbing the skin with the cream may cause irritation, but again, I didn’t feel any. Then you need to wait for a period of time outlined on the bottle, usually 15-20 minutes. The fifth step is to gently rub off the cream and you’ll be really surprised that virtually all of the hair in that region will be long gone. Most users will want to rinse the treated area in warm water to soothe any chaffed skin and then enjoy smooth legs 10-14 days, at minimum.

In some cases the weakened hair broke above the skin line, leaving a slight amount of stubble. Perhaps if you pull the skin and open the pores the cream will penetrate deeper and remove the hair below skin level. The returning hair is weaker and thinner, for sure. Use this product yourself since we are all unique. I’m going to keep using it and see if I continue to get good results.

I’ve used products like Nair on and off for years and every time I’d get a nasty rash like razor burn only worse. I hated to use it. I heard about Revitol and was pretty skeptical. Nair always worked but I wondered if this product would, without the pain and ongoing discomfort. It did! It smells like Nair and it is effective, but it did not irritate my sensitive skin even one tiny bit.

What makes the story for me even better is that hair has not grown back very fast or thick at all. I’ve got thicker hair on my legs than my boyfriend and this really slowed down its growth. Some people say that if you use Revitol hair removal cream consistently eventually hair won’t grow back at all. That’s what I’m hoping for. That would be very cool. For now I recommend it highly. I’m going to reorder and keep on using it till my hair is gone or I have reason to stop – and there are none so far.
